Notes:  DMV wanted a new logo to open up their video programs. Their brief wanted to emphasise how DMV was 'Driving Change' thorughout california, so I created a dark moody city in 3d, and then had it 'come to life' as we travelled through it.

The music was provided by DMV, and I created visuals to complement.
